A decade-plus leading aviation service operations for major airlines, now Head of Operational Excellence driving robotics evaluation, AI integration, and cybersecurity governance, alongside five years of full-stack engineering. I build software that reflects how real-world businesses actually operate, from schema design to production deployment. Most effective on problems where domain knowledge matters as much as clean code.
Work & Education
Built and shipped full-stack web and mobile applications across the React, Java, and Python ecosystems, integrating REST APIs, real-time data, and LLM-powered features using the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs. Developed with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and maintain code quality. Original projects span authenticated CRUD applications, API-driven dashboards, and production-quality UI implementations demonstrating command of complex, real-world application architecture.
Promoted to lead the enterprise operational excellence mandate: automation strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity governance, and a 100,500 sq. ft. capital facility expansion. Executive Project Lead on corporate robotics and automation evaluation, running vendor RFPs, operational impact analysis, ROI modeling, and cross-departmental deployment coordination. Project Lead for the Air Fayre website redesign, defining scope and directing design and development.
Held P&L and budget ownership for a 300+ person operation spanning multiple cross-functional departments at LAX. Led the start-up and launch of multiple new airline carrier accounts across a decade of tenure, sustaining long-term carrier retention in a regulated aviation environment. Sponsored multi-phase modernization of proprietary enterprise software, owning requirements definition, UAT, and production deployment. Built the company's first KPI performance database, adopted enterprise-wide as the standard employee evaluation vehicle.
